This report contains the Total U.S. number of turkey eggs in incubators on first of current month and poults placed during preceding month, including previous month revisions. Also included is the monthly data for turkey eggs and poults over the past two years.

This release contains preliminary and annual summaries of acreage, yield, production, use, price and value by states of the noncitrus fruit and nut crop by state. Statistics provided in this report include fruit bearing acreage, yield, utilized and unutilized production, price, and value by crop, and prices received, and area harvested. Commentary on changes and estimations for the fruits and nuts discussed, as well as the start and end dates of marketing seasons for each crop are included in the report. The data is provided by monthly grower surveys on crop condition, yield, acreage, and production. Annual surveys on quantity handle, utilization, and origin of commodity are also conducted .

Data for this publication comes from reports completed by the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), and USDA, combined with data from State-administered Non-Federally Inspected (NFI) slaughter plants.

This report, issued four times a year, contains the grower, processor, and local dealer storage stocks in potato producing areas. The data is obtained from a probability survey conducted in the 13 potato producing States from a sample of growers, processors, and storage facilities who are asked to provide the quantity of potatoes stored as of the first of the month as well as shrinkage and loss information. Monthly processing data is collected from a Census of all known processing facilities in 8 States.

The Hemp Production, Disposition and Income Survey collects information on the acreage, yield, production, price, and value of hemp in the United States. The Domestic Hemp Production Program established in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) allows for the cultivation of hemp under certain conditions. The Hemp Production, Disposition and Income Survey will provide needed data about the hemp industry to assist producers, regulatory agencies, state governments, processors, and other key industry entities.

This annual report contains U.S. commercial hatchery data on the number of broiler-type and egg-type chicks hatched monthly in major states and U.S., the number of eggs in incubators on the first of each month by region and U.S., broiler chicks placed and eggs set by week for 19 selected states and the U.S., and U.S. turkey poults placed and turkey eggs in incubators. Data for this report is collected from all known hatcheries with the capacity to hold at least 1,000 chicken and/or turkey eggs.

This report is released on or near the first Tuesday of the month in December, January, February, and March. The report includes weather and crop summaries for 44 states and New England area. This full-text file lists an assessment of winter weather on crops, livestock, fruit trees; consideration for moisture, snow cover, temperatures, and crop condition; and the effect of weather, insects, diseases, etc., on crops and livestock. The data, summarized by crop and by state, are republished along with any corrections in the Weekly Weather and Crop Bulletin.Prior to April 7, 2015, this report was released weekly through the summer growing season. All of the estimates which would have been in these reports are available through the NASS Quick Stats database after 4:00 pm ET on the first business day of the week during the summer growing season.
