This report displays national and regional daily plant delivered purchases of hogs in the afternoon, with estimated and actual daily totals by type of sale. Also, included are negotiated, negotiated formula, combined negotiated and negotiated formula, swine or pork market formula, other market formula, and other purchase arrangement purchase counts and weight information, as well as numbers of purchases by state.

This daily report covers national committed and delivered slaughter cattle in the afternoon. Cattle delivery and cattle committed are categorized by origin (domestic vs. imported), purchase type, and cattle type (steer and heifer vs. others). Numbers are separated by live vs. dressed cattle. Also included are region of origin for cattle committed and delivered.

This report contains the price and drop value of various steer by-products for the Central U.S.
