Includes notes highlighting weather, production, bee activity, and parasite and/or invasive species information for each state. Also contains information on quantity and value of honey exports monthly and for the year to date.

This report contains the weekly cow and bull negotiated report summarizing cattle trade in the national market. Included are weight and price range and average statistics for cattle by class, quality, and weight for each region of the U.S.

This report is a weekly cattle report containing direct trades of feeder and replacement sheep. Cattle are classified and graded using official USDA feeder cattle standards and replacement sheep guidelines. Price information is released by USDA’s Livestock, Poultry, and Grain Market News Division under the Voluntary Price Reporting authority of USDA’s Agriculture Marketing Service. This report is a weighted average report.

This report covers pasture raised poultry prices on a national basis for chickens, turkeys, ducks, and eggs. Poultry prices are listed by cut and include the price range, average price, and some premiums. This is a monthly release.

Federal statute (7 USC 1637b) requires USDA to collect and release dairy product sales information for butter, cheddar cheese, dry whey, and nonfat dry milk, no later than 3 p.m. ET on Wednesday of each week (unless affected by a Federal Holiday). The regulations for the Dairy Product Mandatory Reporting Program (DPMRP) can be found in 7 CFR 1170. The data in the National Dairy Products Sales Report (NDPSR) are also used in the price calculations for the Federal Milk Marketing Orders (7 CFR 1000.53). Entities producing and selling one million pounds or more of these products per year are required to report their weekly sales information to AMS as part of the DPMRP. This data is then reviewed, analyzed, and used to compute prices that are published in the National Dairy Products Sales Report (NDPSR). The market-determined prices, published in the NDPSR, are used in the formulas to calculate raw milk prices paid by handlers based on the end-use or “classification” of milk.

The National Casein Report for U.S. Imports (DA751) provides an overview of this market, including spot prices, production, inventories, sales trends, and market tone. Information is collected confidentially from manufacturers, end users, brokers, and traders.

This report contains national and regional retail pricing for fluid, dry, and processed conventional and organic dairy products. Also included is information on advertisement of dairy products and observations on changes in advertised and sale prices for both conventional and organic products.

This report contains information on national truck shipments and imports. Includes package count, container specifications, and total pounds transported by commodity and origin mode.

This report contains information on national retail pricing and featuring for conventional versus organic fruit/vegetables, livestock, poultry, and dairy. Includes information on featuring in ads for local, organic, and conventional items, and weighted average price comparisons, as well as dollar and percent premiums by commodity.
