This monthly report examines the U.S. and global wheat industry. Aggregate U.S. wheat production is reported by season, wheat variety and region. Prices, supply, and stocks are also reported with historical context. Global wheat production, use, stocks, and trade are included as an aggregate and on a country by country basis. Data Tables from the Wheat Yearbook are available in the Wheat Data Topics at https://www.ers.usda.gov/data-products/wheat-data/. They contain the latest data and historical information on the production, use, prices, imports, and exports of wheat.
