This report is part of the Current Agricultural Industrial Reports (CAIR) program. The report provides annual totals for extra long staple cotton and manmade fibers consumption and tracks the change from the previous year. Also included in the report well are ending stocks and spindle activity in number of spindles in place, active spindles, and hours operated in the U.S. cotton system.
