Monthly Feeder Lamb Inventory Summary (LSMCOLAMBFI)

This publication contains a graph of the prior four years of the Easter season shell egg inventory. Also included are the price and inventory of shell eggs up to four weeks prior to Easter.

This report provides a summary of the national broiler market, with data consolidated from a number of linked reports. The release contains price information for broiler parts by U.S. region as sell as in Mexico City, slaughter estimates, availability, and national fowl market and miscellaneous poultry information.

Egg inventory is listed by region with a focus on specialty shell egg inventory and cold storage holdings. Trailer load egg sales are listed by class and region for both origin and destinations of egg sales. A market analysis on live fowl is included. Retail egg purchases are listed by cartoned and loose egg cases. Import/export trade with Canada of eggs and egg products are listed along with Canadian egg prices.

This file contains the annual report of the number of colonies producing honey, yield per colony, honey production, average price, price by color class and value; honey stocks by state and U.S. The report also notes trends and changes in the honey producing sector, such as percent change in honey prices or quantity of production. The data for this report were collected from a stratified sample of all known operations that also meet USDA's definition of a farm, prices were collected by color class and marketing channel from operations with five or more colonies.

This publication is a result of a joint effort by Statistics Canada and NASS to release the soybean and canola seed crushings information for both countries within one publication. United States soybean and oilseed crushings numbers for 2018 were previously released on March 15, 2019. Canadian soybean and oilseed crushings were released on March 22, 2019.
