This report provides information on honey bee colonies in terms of number of colonies, maximum, lost, percent lost, added, renovated, and percent renovated, as well as colonies lost with Colony Collapse Disorder symptoms with both over and less than five colonies. The report also identifies colony health stressors with five or more colonies. The data for operations with honey bee colonies are collected from a stratified sample of operations that responded as having honey bees on the Bee and Honey Inquiry and from the NASS list frame. For operations with five or more colonies, data was collected on a quarterly basis; operations with less than five colonies were collected with an annual survey.

This publication was produced from 1942 to 1988 and provided information about the number of bee colonies that produce honey, the yield per colony, total honey production, the average price per pound, price by color class and value, and honey stocks by state and nationally. It was produced from 1942 to 1988.

This file contains the annual report of the number of colonies producing honey, yield per colony, honey production, average price, price by color class and value; honey stocks by state and U.S. The report also notes trends and changes in the honey producing sector, such as percent change in honey prices or quantity of production. The data for this report were collected from a stratified sample of all known operations that also meet USDA's definition of a farm, prices were collected by color class and marketing channel from operations with five or more colonies.

This bulletin presents final estimates, including revisions made by the Agricultural Statistics Board (ASB), for the production years 1955 to 2012. This publication includes number of honey producing colonies, yield, production, stocks, price, and value of honey. Data included in this publication provide a historic record and benchmark for current estimates.

This monthly report contains pricing information on the national honey market, including prices paid to beekeepers and prices paid to importers by state/country and variety of honey. Includes notes highlighting weather, production, bee activity, and parasite and/or invasive species information for each state. Also contains information on quantity and value of honey exports monthly and for the year to date.

This report includes current and previous year data on cost of pollination for tree fruit, melons, blueberries, vegetables, citrus, and other crops. Data is presented in a price per acre, colonies used, price per colony, and total value of pollination by class and type of fruit.
