   Compared to last month in Missouri slaughter lambs 7.00-16.00 higher.

Slaughter Lambs:   Choice and Prime 2-3:
  Missouri:        no test.
Slaughter Lambs:   Choice and Prime 1-2:
  Missouri:        hair 40-50 lbs 270.00-295.00; 50-60 lbs 240.00-280.00;
                   60-70 lbs 220.00-262.50; 71 lbs 242.00. wooled and
                   Shorn 58 lbs 245.00; 75 lbs 180.00.
Slaughter Ewes:
  Missouri:        Good 2-3 (fleshy) 112.50-130.00; Utility and Good 1-3
                   (medium flesh) 105.00-125.00; Cull and Utility 1-2
                   (very thin) no test.
Feeder Lambs:      Medium and Large 1-2:
  Missouri:        hair 40-50 lbs  300.00-320.00.
Replacement Ewes:
  Missouri:        hair ewe lambs 50-90 lbs 170.00-290.00/head; yearling
                   Hair 340.00/head; middle age 155.00-165.00/head.

Sheep and lamb slaughter under federal inspection for the week to date
totaled 9,000 compared with 8,000 last week and 10,000 last year.
