  Compared to last week at Ft. Collins, CO slaughter lambs 25.00 lower;
slaughter ewes and feeder lambs uneven.  Equity Cooperative Auction sold
500 slaughter lambs in Colorado, 400 feeder lambs in Wyoming and 475
feeder lambs in Utah.

Sheep and lamb slaughter under federal inspection for the week to date
totaled 28,000 compared with 29,000 last week and 28,000 for last year.
