10.00-20.00 higher, others steady; slaughter ewes 5.00-10.00 lower.

Slaughter Lambs:   Choice and Prime 1-2:
  Sioux Falls:  wooled and shorn 69 lbs 200.00; 70-80 lbs 197.50-230.00;
                80-90 lbs 177.50-215.00; 90-100 lbs 175.00-195.00. hair
                69 lbs 125.00; 70-80 lbs 135.00-165.00; 83 lbs 150.00;
                90-100 lbs 130.00-160.00.
Slaughter Ewes:

Sheep and lamb slaughter under federal inspection for the week to date
totaled 22,000 compared with 22,000 last week and 23,000 for the same
period last year.
