Midwest Electronic Lamb Auction Report from Baraboo, WI

   Compared to last sale:  No comparison is available as none of the lambs 
offered were a direct match in style to the previous trades.  Nebraska lambs are 
a mix set of lambs containing Romanov ram and ewe lambs along with traditional 
lambs.  North Dakota lambs are traditional lambs with more than half the 
offering being shorn.  Minnesota lambs are all traditional lambs that were hard 
fed and have a full fleece.  Slaughter lambs sell with a 3-4 percent shrink. The 
state identified is the state of origin.  Prices quoted per cwt.  Current 
delivery unless otherwise noted.

   Slaughter Lambs: Choice and Prime 1-4 for current delivery 75-115 lbs 136.75 
(NE); 130-160 lbs 146.75 (ND); 145-165 lbs 149.00 (MN).
