     Whey protein concentrate 34% prices are steady to higher in this holiday shortened week. The
     top of the price range and both ends of the mostly price series moved significantly upwards,
     adjusting to firm prices for most dairy proteins. Spot sales activity has been more active
     as of late. Manufacturers have been getting more inquiries from buyers that view WPC 34% as
     undervalued compared to those other alternatives. With more interest and steady to lower
     production, inventories are getting tighter.
