     higher. The top of the mostly price series is unchanged. Industry contacts say inventories
     are tight and the lower-priced supplies are getting cleaned up. WPC 34% production is
     steady, but does not increase any availability. Buyer demand remains constant. Manufacturers
     say that buyers continue to seek out additional coverage for WPC 34% that meets stringent
     customer requirements, but supplies are limited.
