Some stakeholders note slightly tighter inventories. That said, loads are available to accommodate current demand from spot market purchasers and contractual obligations. Domestic demand is steady. Mexican purchasers are showing steady demand as well. Export demand elsewhere is more moderate. Low/medium heat NDM production is steady to lighter. High heat NDM prices moved higher on both ends of the range. Manufacturers currently producing high heat NDM relay steady to lighter production schedules. A few manufacturers relay only short, intermittent high heat NDM production planned for Q4 of this year. Demand for high heat NDM is steady to moderate.
