SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York prices are 5 cents higher on Medium and heavier weight 
eggs.  Regional and California prices are steady.  Asking prices 
for next week’s deliveries are tending higher to sharply higher 
on all sizes.  The undertone is higher.  Offerings are light to 
instances moderate.  Current demand is moderate to good, usually 
moderate to fairly good.  Supplies range at times short of full 
needs to mostly moderate.  Market activity is moderate to active.  
Breaking stock offerings are light; demand is moderate to fairly 
good.  Spent hen offerings are at least sufficient for the light 
to moderate demand.
