SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York eggs prices are unchanged.  Regional and California prices
are steady.  Asking prices for next week's deliveries are mixed on
larger sizes, unchanged on Medium and Small.  The undertone is steady
to barely steady with noted caution in the regions and mostly lower
in California.  Offerings and supplies are light to at times available 
for needs entering the weekend.  Retail and food service demand is in
a range of light to fairly good, mostly moderate to fairly good.  
Market activity is instances slow to moderate.  Breaking stock floor
stocks are sufficient; breaking schedules are full-time to extended.
Spent fowl demand is moderate on light offerings.
