New York egg prices are steady for Extra Large, Large, and Medium.  
Regional prices are steady. The undertone is steady. Demand is moderate 
to fairly good. Offerings and supplies are light to moderate.  Market 
activity is moderate. Breaking stock prices are higher to sharply higher 
with check and undergrade prices higher. The undertone is firm. Demand is
light to fairly good for the light offerings. Supplies are light to 
moderate. Market activity is moderate to instances active. Breaking schedules 
are reduced to full-time. Light type fowl offerings are light to moderate for
