SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York prices are unchanged on larger sizes and Medium.  
Regional and California prices are steady.  Asking prices for 
next week's deliveries is trending unchanged, however higher
for Jumbo, Extra Large and Large in California.  The undertone
is steady to fully steady.  Offerings are light to mostly
moderate.  Demand into retail and food service channels is 
moderate to fairly good.  Supplies range light to instances 
heavy, mostly moderate for needs heading into the weekend.  
Market activity is moderate to active in California, moderate
in the remaining areas.  Breaking stock supplies are adequate
to ample; breaking schedules vary and are full-time to 
extended into the weekend.  Light type fowl demand is light
to fair for light to moderate offerings.
