SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are unchanged for Extra Large, Large, and Medium.  
Regional and California prices are steady.  The undertone is steady 
to barely steady.  The national shell egg inventory is 0.9 percent 
lower when compared to the previous week.  Demand ranges light to 
fairly good, but mostly moderate to fairly good.  Offerings remain 
light.  Supplies are light to moderate.  Market activity is moderate.  
Breaking stock supplies are light to moderate; breaking schedules 
are normal.  The national breaking stock inventory is up 4.0 percent 
from last week.  Spent fowl supplies are fully adequate for the 
mostly light demand.
