SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York prices are unchanged for Extra Large and Large and up 6 cents 
for Medium.  California prices are 26 cents lower for Jumbo, Extra Large, 
and Large, 49 cents higher for Medium and Small.  Regional prices are up 
6 to 9 cents for Extra Large, 9 cents higher for Large, and up 38 cents 
for Medium.  The undertone is steady to fully steady.  Demand is mixed, 
but mostly moderate.  Offerings are light.  Supplies remain light to 
moderate.  Market activity is moderate.  Breaking stock offerings are 
light while demand is light to very light.  Light type fowl demand is 
light; processing schedules are normal.
