SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York prices are unchanged for all sizes.  California and regional 
prices are steady.  The undertone is mostly steady.  Retail demand is 
moderate to good, while distributive demand ranges light to at times 
fairly good.  Offerings are mostly light.  Supplies remain light to 
moderate.  Market activity is moderate to active.  Breaking stock 
supplies are light to moderate; breaking schedules are normal to 
reduced.  Light type fowl supplies are moderate for the mostly        
light demand.
