SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are 10 cents higher for Extra Large and Large 
and up 6 cents for Medium.  California and regional eggs are steady.  
The undertone is firm.  Demand remains moderate to fairly good.  
Offerings are light to very light.  Supplies are light to moderate.  
Market activity is moderate to active.  Breaking stock offerings are 
light to very light for the light demand.  Spent fowl supplies are 
moderate to instances heavy; processing schedules are normal.
