SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are unchanged on Extra Large, Large, and Medium.  
Regional and California prices are unchanged for Jumbo and Small, 
unchanged to 12.5 cents higher for Extra Large, up 3 to 12.5 cents 
for Large, and unchanged to 26 cents higher for Medium.  The undertone 
is mostly steady.  Demand ranges light to fairly good, but mostly 
moderate to fairly good.  Offerings are light.  Supplies are instances 
very light to moderate.  Market activity is moderate.  Breaking stock 
offerings are light to very light for the moderate to good demand.  
Spent fowl supplies are fully adequate; processing schedules are 
normal.
