SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


Regional and California prices are unchanged on all sizes.  The
undertone is higher for California, steady elsewhere.  Prices in
New York are unchanged. Offerings are moderate to available in all
regions, however in California Jumbo remains very light and Medium
light.  Retail and food service demand is moderate to fairly good.
Supplies range light to instances heavy, generally moderate for
needs following the holiday.  Market activity is moderate in
California, slow to moderate the regions.  Breaking stock floor
stocks are moderate to heavy; breaking schedules are reduced to 
over-time.  Light type hen demand is light to fair for the light
to moderate offerings.
