SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York prices are 4 cents lower for Extra Large, Large, and Medium.  
California and regional prices are down 62 cents for Jumbo, down 62 
to 70 cents for Extra Large, down 54.75 to 68 cents for Large, down 
41 to 59 cents for Medium, and down 59 cents for Small.  The undertone 
is weak.  Demand is light to moderate.  Offerings are mostly moderate.  
Supplies are light to moderate.  Market activity is slow to moderate.  
Breaking stock supplies are light to mostly moderate; breaking schedules 
are normal.  Light type fowl demand is light for the moderate offerings.
