SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


Price for New York eggs are up 6 cents for Extra Large and Large and 
7 cents higher for Medium.  California and regional egg prices are 
unchanged for Jumbo, unchanged to 2 cents higher for Extra Large and 
Large, unchanged to 24 cents higher for Medium, and unchanged for 
Small.  The undertone is steady to firm.  Demand is moderate to at 
times good.  Offerings are light to moderate.  Supplies are light to 
moderate.  Market activity is moderate to active.  Breaking stock 
offerings are mostly light for the light to moderate demand.  Light 
type fowl supplies are moderate to heavy; processing schedules are 
normal.
