SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are 10 cents higher for Extra Large and Large and 
unchanged for Medium.  California and regional egg prices are steady.  
The undertone is higher.  Demand is moderate to good.  Offerings are 
light to very light.  Supplies are light to moderate.  Market activity 
is moderate to active.  Breaking stock supplies are light to moderate; 
breaking schedules are normal.  Spent fowl supplies are moderate for the 
mostly light and unaggressive demand.
