SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York prices are unchanged for Extra Large, Large, and Medium.  
Regional and California prices are unchanged for Jumbo and Small, 
unchanged to 13 cents lower for Extra Large and Large, and unchanged 
to 7 cents lower for Medium.  The undertone is mostly steady.  
Market activity is moderate.  The undertone is firm.  Retail 
demand is moderate to good, while foodservice demand is moderate 
to at times fairly good.  Offerings are light to at times moderate.  
Supplies remain light to moderate.  Market activity is moderate.  
Breaking stock offerings are light for the mixed demand.  Light type 
fowl offerings are at least moderate; processing schedules are normal.
