     Dry Whey - Western Europe

     European dry whey prices are unchanged. After dropping the last few weeks, whey prices have
     stabilized. Industry sources suggest demand is steady. Buyers from both food and feed
     accounts are taking regular shipments. Dry whey supplies are in good balance with current
     demand. Whey production is stable and in line with current cheese production. Some market
     participants are watching milk production closely. Seasonal milk flows are starting to ebb,
     leaving less milk for the cheese vats, and ultimately, less whey solids for dry whey
     production.
