     Dry Whey - Western Europe

     Western European whey prices moved lower at both ends of the price range. Industry sources
     suggest the market tone for dry whey is weaker. While demand is present for some food
     applications, there is less demand overall. Whey production continues to increase as
     seasonal milk output, and subsequent cheese production, increase. Whey is clearing into
     contracted orders, and inventories are stable.
