     Contacts report that demand is steady, but that some sellers in international markets are
     offering loads at cheaper prices. Dry whey inventories are available to meet current market
     demands. Stakeholders say that dry whey exports are lower this year than in 2021, and that
     this is largely driven by reduced purchasing from customers in China. Dry whey production is
     steady to lower, as contacts report that warmer weather is reducing seasonal milk
     availability and contributing to a decline in cheese output.
