•	U.S. 2017/18 export forecast lowered 1.0 million cwt to 103.0 million cwt. 

•	Burma's 2018 export forecast raised 0.4 million tons to 3.0 million tons.

•	China's 2017/18 rice production forecast raised 1.2 million tons to a record 146.0 million tons.
