Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 04/3/19
 
Receipts: 3358        Week Ago: 2572       Year Ago: NA  

  Compared to a week ago; Steer calves sold unevenly steady with a few instances 
of 3.00 higher on a limited test to last week.  Heifer calves sold 2.00 to 9.00 
higher with the majority of the run being heifers.  Lots of nice long strings of 
reputation heifers on display.  Active bidding throughout the sale. Within the 
feeder cattle supply 30 percent were steers and 70 percent were heifers with 45 
percent weighing over 600 lbs.
