     Casein - National Casein Report for U.S. Imports

     Report 38 - Released on September 22, 2022

     Rennet casein prices continued to shift higher on the bottom of the range, while all other
     casein prices held steady week to week. Reported trading slowed down after last week's
     precipitous move higher on the rennet side. Acid casein markets are expected to remain quiet
     until further determinations are made regarding New Zealand's milk production for
     September/October. Rennet casein markets are clearly in a firm situation, as milk production
     and processing limitations in Europe are not expected to improve in the near-term.

     Restricted, All Mesh Sizes, Conventional, and Edible Casein
