     Casein - National Casein Report for U.S. Imports

     Report 50 - Released on December 10, 2020

     The acid and rennet casein price ranges are steady. Sources in Western Europe describe
     casein markets as stable and quite balanced. Production has begun to gradually increase as
     milk production increases. New Zealand casein markets are also steady. Production is
     seasonally declining. Most contracting through Q1 2021 is completed, and contracting for Q2
     2021 is well underway.

     Restricted, All Mesh Sizes, Conventional, and Edible Casein

     Rennet; Price Range - $/LB:                  3.4625-3.4975

     January – September 2020 casein production in France decreased by 4.4% YOY to 33,200 MT,
     according to ZMB Dairy World. Ukraine produced a little more casein this year through
     September than during last year but is a relatively small producer.
