USDA CARLOT VEAL CARCASS REPORT - Northeast and North Central Basis

Compared to last week: The special fed veal carcass market
was mostly steady on comparable sales of veal calves. Demand
was light to moderate on light to moderate offerings.
Harvest numbers were 6 percent lower compared to last week's
total. Dressed weights were down 7.9 pounds.


 Represents calves harvested Sunday through Saturday of last week.
