2000 Red Meat Yearbook

The data in these files consist of the statistical tables found in the "RED
MEAT YEARBOOK" which is updated and published periodically by the Market 
& Trade Economics Division, ERS/USDA.

The statistical series for 1970-2000 included in these files originate in the
Livestock Division, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS); Estimates Division,
National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS); Market & Trade Economics
Division, Economic Research Service (ERS); Foreign Trade Division, Bureau of
Census; and Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS).  

The data are in EXCEL (.XLS) files and can be downloaded in your computer
system and used as individual files or combined with existing files.
