This dataset contains annual data on U.S. national and state acreage, yield, production and value of fresh cabbage and cabbage for sauerkraut. Also includes monthly prices, price indexes, usual planting and harvesting dates, varieties planted, per capita use as well as annual and monthly world acreage and production by country, and world trade. Data set updated March 2011.
