This publication provides information about the production and distribution of sugar from 1951 to 1991. Domestic stocks held by U.S. primary distributors and the imported sugar by U.S. cane refiners is included, as well as the use and disposition of the sugar product. The publication was discontinued in November 1991 and the information covered in this publication was continued to be covered in the Sweetener Market Data publication.
