Milk Disposition and Income - Final Estimates

This bulletin presents final estimates, including revisions made by the Agricultural Statistics Board (ASB), for the production years 1950 to the most recent year of the census. This publication reports on annual production, disposition and income of milk, milk and cream marketing, number of milk cows and production of milk and milkfat, quantity of milk used and marketed by producers, and the value of milk production. Data included in this publication provide a historic record and a benchmark for current estimates.
