This report is the product of a telephone survey of farm operators to obtain information for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The survey was conducted to understand the scope and magnitude of hazards on agricultural operations, including the sources of hazards and the leading causes of occupational injuries. Farm operators were asked questions about their farm tractors and other safety and health issues associated with their farm in 2011.
