This report contains weekly weighted average prices received and aggregated volumes of sales of cheddar cheese, butter, nonfat dry milk, and dry whey. Information is based on a survey of manufacturers that sell specific products on a bulk, wholesale basis. Regional data is published where possible. Weekly reports contain the most recent five weeks of data.
