This report covers the Toppenish Livestock Auction. Data presented include number of receipts and cattle sales information. Feeder cattle are categorized based on sex, grade, and weight. Slaughter cattle are categorized by sex and grade. Bred Cows are categorized by grade and age. Each category includes the sale prices. Also included is an analysis on recent market trends.

This report covers national processed egg prices. Processed egg prices are divided into three categories: liquid, frozen, and dried. Price ranges are listed for each category for the current week and the prior week as well as the price average for the current month. Also included is a market trend analysis for each of the three categories.

This publication includes information on lamb and wool production in the United States from 1972 to 1975. Data includes number of lambs born and saved, total amount of sheep shorn, weight per fleece and total pounds of wool produced. Publication under this title ceased in 1975 and the subsequent publication was titled Lamb Crop and Wool. From 1964 to 1972, the publication was titled Lamb Crop.

This report is a weekly or bi-weekly hay report containing trades, ask, and offering prices for forage commodities which include hay, straw, and silage. Hay is classified and graded using USDA hay quality designations and guidelines based on test parameters and/or physical description. Price information is released by USDA’s Livestock, Poultry, and Grain Market News Division under the Voluntary Price Reporting authority of USDA’s Agriculture Marketing Service. This report will display a price range and weighted average price for established trades, and a bid price range if a trade is not established, but an asking price is given by a potential seller or offering price given by a potential buyer.
