This report contains data concerning the injuries sustained by working and non-working youths under the age of 20 on racial minority operated farms in the years 2000, 2003, 2008. The data is presented as an aggregate, by age range, by gender, and by race of farm operator.

This is the first report issued by NASS on marketing contract arrangements for corn, soybeans, and wheat. Included in the report are statistics relevant to the number of contracts by crop, the percentage of production sold through marketing contracts, and prices received by farmers and crop prices. Additional characteristics mentioned in the report include distance traveled for contract versus non-contract delivery, and the presence or absence of confidentiality clauses within the contracts.

This publication provides an inventory of the estimated number of livestock and poultry on farms and ranches in the United States from 1964 to 1971. Importa from Mexican and Canadian markets, as well as economic value of the animals on farms are noted.

This publication presents final estimates of prices received by farmers for all milk (1935-78), fluid market milk (1948-78), manufacturing grade milk (1948-78), milkfat in cream (1935-78), and milk sold directly to consumers (1935-78). Also included are the fat tests for all milk, fluid market milk, and manufacturing grade milk for the period of 1953 to 1978.

This annual publication presents the number of mink pelts produced during the marketing year and number of females bred to produce kits by color class, major states and U.S.. It also includes the number of mink farms, average marketing price per pelt, and value of pelts produced by major states and the U.S.

This monthly publication provides information about the production of gum rosin and turpentine in the U.S. It includes information on the prices, total stocks in holding, reported consumption by industries and total imports and exports. Data is available from 1948 to 1980. In 1980, the same information was presented in the Gum Naval Stores publication.

This publication was produced from 1931 to 1974 and included information on the percent of U.S. milk production utilized for the manufacturing of dairy products. Dairy products include butter, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream and other frozen products, and condensed and dry milks. This publication provides data on the number of turkey breeder hens owned by turkey breeder and flock owners nationwide. State data shows the percent of heavy and light breeds held at the beginning of the season from 1955 to 1970.

This full-text file was released as a collaboration between the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and Wildlife Services. It presents state and U.S. data on the number of head and value of losses of cattle and calves from animal predators (coyotes, dogs, mountain lions, bobcats, bears, wolves, other) and other causes (digestive, respiratory and calving problems, weather, poison, theft, unknown and other).

This publication provides information about the production of milk, creamery butter, American cheese, Swiss cheese, Italian cheese, blue mold cheese, brick and munster cheese, condensed whole milk, dry whole milk, evaporated whole milk, dry skim milk, dry buttermilk, fluid cream, plastic cream, ice cream, and ice milk. It was published from 1945 to 1968.
